If it's the case, let's all hope it happens.

It happens all the time....there are teams out there who fall in love with a player's athletism, height or size only to realize later that the guy has a mental capacity the size of a bean and just cant play the game. Please...we need one of those teams!

Nice updates from GAD and ESBF.

Unfortunately Alexander has more than lived up to the "Potsie" nickname.

I'm hoping that "Chauncey" doesn't stick with Hammond.

Two Garfield books and the novelization of the movie Caddyshack. Maybe.

The only danger of him re-doing an ACL now is if he does the same thing he did the first time. And if it stuffed his ACL the first time, it'll stuff it the second time too. His agility/power is another issue. But I trust the Bucks rehab guys will get him pretty close to where he would have been if he'd had no ACL issue.

Thanks GAD for the great recap.

Now, to bask in my self-bestowed e-cred...

Way to early to be basking fella. :)

I really agree with this. I dont think that Bogut's ever had a proper mentor who could teach him the NBA skills in the post.

Thanks for the report on the latest training ESBF. I'm thinking Bogut could have a real breakout this year with a guy like KT to help him along. Great to hear that Luc's jumper is looking better as well! :D

Not sure how well JA was conditioning himself in the offseason, but hamstrings are usually a lack of conditioning or a guy going out and drinking (not just hamstrings but most cramping).

Weren't there reports about how much he worked in the offseason?

If he's of no value to a team starved for talent he is of no value to anyone else.

Great write up on practice ESBF. Very much appreciated!

You should go to every practice. :)

Well we could try and get Bayless for him, or just not pick up his team option for next year and save some cash, or maybe we could get Sean Williams out of the Nets for him.

I was honestly trying to think if anyone would sign JA next year if we don't pick up his option.

The kid could seriously be out of the NBA in two years.

Ridiculous

Thanks for the report ESBF, I'm really getting stoked for the season to roll.

Except for the part where in summer league this year, he was raping anyone who tried to defend him, and no one could keep him from the basket.

The thing that is ridiculous is how many easy baskets Jennings is going to get for Alexander and all the other extremely athletic players on the team.

Ah yes Summer League. Where lots of scrubs have had their moment to shine.

I just don't see how you rule out a guy who has all the athletic gifts you need, and last time he was on the court, was showing improvement. I mean, he has a hamstring injury. Who cares?

1. It is summer league
2. The first two games he played there he looked like he forgot how to play basketball completely

So three decent summer leagues are evidence over his entire last NBA season?

The last time we saw him play ball, he played the best ball we have seen him play. period.
