Did he say that, and I missed it? I can’t find verification on the internet, and Lue has seen some pretty great players along the way!

This includes young Kobe.

ANT should be in the talk for MVP, definitely. He is better for me than Luka who is only a one way player.

MVP is based on the regular season unfortunately.

I don’t think so, but Ant takes his game to another level in the playoffs. He’s been at an MVP level in the playoffs.

Yep. He’ll have to settle for NBA Finals MVP

He's still got 15 years of playing left I reckon. That's enough to win a few regular season MVPs.

Ant follows a 40 point close out game with a 43 point road win. This is the stuff that legends are made of. People will be asking if he is doing this at 22, what will he be doing at 25.

I can't believe he is only 22s...

Sometimes he continues to make wrong choices, putting himself in difficult situations that lead to turnovers or forcing... but guys, if he fixes this aspect too, he really becomes him..

Edwards has improved a lot as passer. Here is the next level: execute such passes in every game.

Winning always helps. I was thinking he get 3rd team but Congrats on making 2nd team. I would think the team making an extra round of the playoffs is enough to paid for the "super" of his max contract.

Think this needs to be said outside of the game thread. Ant hit the deck with a little over 9 minutes remaining in the 3rd of game 6 of the Denver series.

Before this, he had hit 104 of 193 of his FGs for an approx. 54% shooting percentage
Since that fall, for the rest of that Denver game/series and these Dallas games, he's 20 from 64 for an approx. 31%

So maybe everyone can slow down with the "Ant sucks" takes

I am only going to complain about the two critical turnovers. Just hope he is alright. If we have to get ready for next year, so be it. Still a fun year.
