I think he's very good and I think people saying he hasn't moved the needle are being goofy. This team has improved dramatically under his coaching. That said, him being good doesn't mean he is perfect and it doesn't mean he is flawless. I think he has areas he can improve and the team absolutely has areas they can improve.
I also understand teams have slumps and I do think a lot of our poor play is just us being in the dregs of January however I do still have major concerns that we can eliminate some of these fatal flaws once the playoffs start. The offense is just a massive concern of mine as well as the mental stability of this team.
