Great win, defense over the top. OKC were clearly out of gas but we take cae the job, Great night Clippers loose as well, Back to number one at West.

Thunder reeling. Big loss to the Pistons and a home loss to the Wolves. They might spiral now.

Without a doubt. Who currently has the tiebreaker between us and them? Anybody know?

I am not so sure about Thunder being better team at the moment...I feel like both the teams are roughly same level. Their bench is lot better but there are some liabilities in starting lineup (teams won't respect Dort, Giddey's shot in playoffs). I actually think Thunder themselves are going through some mini-slump right now which is expected for a young team. It seems like they are struggling to get Chet going on offense

Re: Game 47 Wolves at Thunder 1/29/24 32-14
Hell of a game!
Refs favoured OKC so this should have been a 15 pt win... but regardless there were lots of other errors and missed shots both teams. [Rudy had 4 really bad moments, and KAT, too].
Overall the MN defense was nice and OKC looked hesitant... ANT was hacked on that dunk, but he willed a victory with guarding SGA and made big shots.
24 lead changes or something, very intense basketball. WCF with these two teams is my dream.

Finch had a great game. I love the decision to have Jaden guard Chet and Rudy Giddey. I love the concept of making non shooters beat us with open shots. Those stunts (fake runouts,) were solid tonight and I appreciated the strategy quite a bit. Rotations were better, we even got TBJ who played great defense. I didn’t love JMAC, Kyle, and Rudy, but it wasn’t by choice, foul trouble, fatigue, and no Mike played a factor. If we are gonna give Finch **** when he sucks, we need to give him his flowers when he steps up.

We are tie with division win pct too. So, a Wolves loss to any division team, OKC has the break. Lose to conference or non conference team. Wolves still ahead.

It’s criminal. Like suspend the refs criminal.
If refs started getting suspended best believe the quality would get better.
Clearly grade school officiating.

It'll be scary if we ever play our best. I hope it happens in the playoffs.

Finch definitely had a great game coaching tonight. Came in with a better game plan. Also seemed Ant was much more willing to drive and kick once the doubles came at him, and our shooters(Naz, Jmac, Jaden, and Naw) were able to make them pay.
I hope Ant saying that about the refs doesn't negatively affect us even more. But my God something has to happen for us to get some respect.

Still waiting for this team finally finds a way to unlock a potent Towns and Edwards two-man game.

Great win. Defeense was great. All the starters play well , take much more care of the ball. This is what i say since the beggining of the season. Talent is here , when we focus we damm good. But sometimes we loose our disciplin and it go north. This is a long season, schedule getting better , hope we can make a series and control 1st or 2nd place.
