Ouch. Well at least we aren't the only ones who are alarmed by the lack of progress.

It also seems as if McCants and Wittman aren't seeing eye to eye, I hope this isn't a microcosm of how things will be between them...

The most troubling part of the latest defeat was the way the Wolves played, both on offense and defense.
Coach Randy Wittman said lack of effort was the problem and that the Wolves were almost sleepwalking in the beginning of the game.
"You kick a dog around enough, sooner or later, it is going to bite you," Wittman said. "I have to find those dogs that are going to bite. Right now we are getting kicked, and we're not doing anything about it."
The Wolves trailed by 23 points at halftime, scoring a season-low 35 points on 39.4 percent shooting in the first half.
Guard Rashad McCants said he didn't think the Wolves lacked fight.
"I don't think that's a problem at all," McCants said. "I think we've been fighting all year long. Any man says I'm not playing hard on the floor or we don't have any fight or any passion or we don't want to be here, then that means you got 12, 14 guys that need to be cut from the team. But that's not the case at all."
