Not sure how accurate this site normally is, but this points to Beasley landing at #3 and the Wolves trading him away...
This could be the Knicks or Clips moving to #2 to get Mayo.

Likely the Clippers.
It said the Wolves are expected to trade, but if Beasleys there, and theres only a deal that knocks you over, you take him

Does this later quote hurt this site's credibility:
Basketball men such as New York’s Donnie Walsh, Minnesota’s Kevin McHale and New Jersey’s Rod Thorn have all been open when it comes to discussing their plans -- and the possibilities of other teams.

Yeah, unless you can get a Bogut+8 type deal, you just keep Beasley

Re: Rumor: Probasketballnews
The first thing that occurs to me with this article is the Joe Alexander factor. There is simply no truth to that. Right now our board is this it is in tiers for an obvious reason
#1 we draft whoever falls of
ROse/Beasley/Mayo
Or (if offered the right young starter)
Gallinari/Love (depends on the position of the starter--either a 2/3 or a big)
After that we have Lopez. I hear the only way we take Lopez is if we are offered something crazy that pushes us out of the range of Love/Gallinari. I have no idea who, but it is what I hear.
Perhaps Joe Alexander fits in the Lopez category. But Otherwise the mention of him as a target shows there is no source to this article. The rest of the stuff is common knowledge crap that 5 min on espn or any big traffic message board will show you.
