Re: Emery to be Bought Out
Can someone tell me why exactly this team wanted to dump Emery? He's still pretty young and everything I had heard about him prior to this seemed to imply that he had some talent. Some of my fellow Wings fans have been talking about finding a guy to replace Hasek as a backup for Chris Osgood. Would it be worth looking at Emery or is he someone to stay away from?

Re: Emery to be Bought Out
this year, he was the very definition of a locker room cancer. The kid is talented for sure, and i can totally see him turning things around.
I really think emery needed a change of scenery and he needs to be on a veteran team with leaders that can keep him on the straight and narrow, that or a coach that'll keep on him and won't take his bs.
I think the best way to put it atm, is i wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't in the league in 2 years, but I also wouldn't be surprised if he became an all-star. It all depends on where he goes, and what frame of mind he's in
