Maxime Talbot underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder.
He will be lost for for four-to-five months, meaning that he'll be out for the first one or two months of the regular season.

Talbot said he'd only be out the first month of the season. Nothing major. Rather get the surgery out of the way now rather then in the middle of the season.
This is give one of the prospects to opportunity to step up into a top 6 role.
