It's time to tank hard and push for the best draft pick possible. JV and these guys haven't earned a playoff spot. This group is a bottom 5 team in the league.

Mikal can keep his games played streak going but everyone else needs to sit.

Problem is, we're not built for tanking, either.

I believe the Catholics have a richly-appropriate word for our state & condition; sounds kinda like "gustatory."

Tank commander Jaque Vaughn accepts your challenge. Today he pulled clutch performance. Guess what, he will improve too. I'm not betting against us losing rest of the games. Even Detroit who 1-9 in last 10 games beat us with Stewart racking havoc.

Being optimistic fan is one thing. It's just when harsh reality start busting your ass, you need to wake up and call spade a spade.

Ain't he the one who responsible for our D in past two years? I'm pretty sure Lewis reported it after Ime left. How was it?

I'm not going to get down on them. They are roleplayers who need to be in a better system and have gravity drawing players with them to be effective.

I'm not angry at Vaughn or any of the players. This situation isn't their fault. The sooner everyone accepts this, the easier it will be to swallow missing the playoffs.

Bridges and Claxton are the only pieces I consider building blocks. Start from there.

Some team will go higher than that. I'm scared we'll match. I'm hoping we engage some over the cap team in a sign & trade.

it'll pain me more to see them in the playoffs.

They have no business in there but they most likely will be playing... at least play in.

and as a fan, im rooting hard for their success......

but that's like rooting for a made up character like superman to save me from a reality being on a boat in a sinking ship. the end is coming and nothing is preventing it.

Sign and trade should be a serious option.

S&T has to be the only option honestly. In my opinion.

That was a pretty brutal ending last night, just what the hell.

This team shows glimpses at times.... but watching a guy like Mitchell just pop up from anywhere, drive hard to the basket, and dunk all over us makes me remember this team isn't close. We have some good pieces, but still need our stars.

The way he is playing, he is barely worth 10 mil. Mediocre defender, no handles, no mid range game, bad rebounder. His only strength is shooting and right now, he can't hit anything

PHX shopped CamJ to see what he can fetch during past offseason. Philly and Lakers offered protected 1st, Miami hang the phone etc. Rumer is Indy, Hou and Tragic willing to give him 4y something around $100m. Kupchak kept popping up but it died out after a week. None of those teams need our help or will be willing to give up anything.

What Marks should've done is. Move Curry for a 1st round pick and make a trade for Bridges /DeRozen. It should've been 3 way team trade past offseason. Now we have to deal with this headache.

I can't even say CamJ is taller Joe Harris anymore. He's much closer to Landry Shamet if we look up his career. Very streaky shooter who's hot or cold.

Don't get me wrong, I like CamJ, but not at 20 mil a season.

Cam J is definitely someone you want on a contender

But he's playing at a higher role than he should due to circumstances imo

This is not an optimal situation for anyone. It's hard to be down or up about any player really outside of Bridges and Claxton.

I would honestly think hard about selling high on Claxton. He's amazing at $8mil per year, but he'll be looking for $20mil plus per year. If we're hoping to be FA players at any point, it's going to be difficult to have him on the books.
