So 11-5/10-6 record down the stretch....

well we got no choice.... i ain't luving us really but gotta cheer on!

Just need PHX to keep dipping if possible.

Keep dipping? They're on a 4 game winning streak. No Durant hasn't seemed to affect them much.

Having Durant is a luxury when you have a stud like Booker

Kyrie is a prick, but I think someone from his family died.

if that's the case then obviously it's understandable. im surprised they wouldnt announce that knowing the whole world would assume that it's just another case of him going rogue.

OKC are really good home team, especially if SGA plays but that's a winnable game.

After OKC, the Nets have a rough homestand: Sac, Den, Cle, Cle. Going .500 would be ideal.

However, after this, the schedule gets so much easier. They play Orland x2, @Det, Rockets. The other tough games are all at home: Phil, Min, Atl, Utah.

I think the Nets can lock down the 5th seed and those b2b games vs Cleveland next week, will tell us a lot on how the Nets matchup with them. (Beat them x2 and Nets could get HCA, especially since they'd own the tie breakers).

I really like what I'm seeing lately. They are figuring out how to play D, they have settled on a rotation with the starting 5 plus Royce, Harris and Curry, plus a bit of Noel, Bridges increasingly looks like an emerging star, the rim protection they get from Clax and Noel is a nice complement to the rest of the D, they have a lot of guys who can shoot the 3, Harris is back to his peak shooting form and Curry looks healthy and able to contribute.

Most importantly, their guys all seem like serious, hardworking, low-maintenance, tough, solid 2-way players who can score, pass and defend.

This team is good enough to keep the #5 seed and to beat Cleveland in the playoffs.

I think their plan is to keep this core and add a star when the right one becomes available. They have plenty of trade ammo to do so, including assets they can use to pay someone to take Simmons when the time comes.

Can you guys imagine if we didn't make the trade?

KD probably getting hurt again. Kyrie missing multiple games for some bizarre reason. And the media freaking out because Simmons was ruining our chances of contention.

Thank God its all over. We finally have guys that can stay healthy and want to play.

Do you understand that you just giving credits to Tsai/Marks after how we've been killing them during off-season?

Meanwhile Mavs just lost again and Kyrie doing his regular. Sitting out games when they matter.

Can't make this up  . I can't wait for him joining Lakers. I want Fakers to give him full max  . Please basketball gods give that joy.

So do the simple math. We all but locked to get 6th seed at worst.

lol yea I was just thinking this too.. glad we got that monkey off our backs and we can chill and enjoy the grind. Having Kyrie/KD was just too much pressure as a fan because of having championship aspirations every game seemed like a must win.

Now I can just watch and enjoy the games without worrying about the win too much. It seems like KD is going to be injury prone the rest of his career, we would of been a play in team by now, same ishh as last season.

Those trades came at the request of the players, not Tsai or Marks. Why give them credit for someone else's idea?

They wanted to run it back with Ky and KD and they simply said no.

Kings game is winnable. They are on a road back to back from Chicago.

We need to play good defense form the start. Let's find a way to win.

Good, he looked toast. He couldn't even finish alley oop passes, he's washed. I much rather play Sharpe than him

Pity they didn't view JV the same way and waited to seasons end on whether to extend or not.

Tsai just blowing away more money now if he wants to correct that mistake any time soon.
