GT: Nets @ Celtics - 11/10 - 7:30 PM EST

After a surprising win at home against the Clippers, we go back into to the fray at TD Garden. This will be another crazy court "NBA Tournament" game.

It looks like we will be without several starters. If our bench can step it up again, good things can happen. Credit to Sean Marks for building the depth up for us to be in the situation we are in now with all the injuries and to still compete against the NBA's best.

Note, that the Celtics lost to the 76ERS last night, so we now the last thing they do is lose two in row.

NetsJets reported that the injury to Claxton, a high ankle sprain usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to recover from. Not sure if that includes ramp up.

Please post any injury report updates.

Wasn't Claxton one of the guys supposedly assigned to the LI Nets to get a practice in? I might be wrong, but if he was that would indicate he's closer tan 6-8 weeks.

Gonna need bridges and walker to step up the offense greatly or they could balance out the offense evenly if they not up for the task..

It's gonna be interesting without thomas in the lineup these upcoming games because if they play really well then thomas most likely goes back to the bench.. and would be a great 6th man

But if the record is trash negative then nets gonna need thomas back asap and team should just build around him.. they already got some good pieces around him..

But they also got johnson and clax out so the outcome of these games are gonna be interesting for the team

This is the "Supermax" Jalen Brown we didn't really see last game.

The offense for the next month is gonna suck if Cam Thomas is not around to bail it out.

Boston plays tough defense. We need to leave Lonnie out there the whole game, nobody else can score. We're just throwing up 3s

If I have to watch another stagnant offensive possession with Dinwiddie dribbling out the clock, I'm gonna throw my remote at the TV.

Our offense stinks. RJ said it best. We do not have a pet play to run to get our guys easy shots. Everything is just iso iso iso. This is not quality basketball that will win games.

We need our team healthy in order to have a chance against teams like BOS

Dinwiddle going 1 on 1 against Porzingis is the best option we have. Bridges against Brown or Holiday is a terrible idea

Dribbling out the clock and passing it to an unopen man is not a good play. Either drive, shoot over him, call for a pick, or give the ball up.

Just turned game on and dam wtf happened to bridges? Why he aint tryna take over like last year .. this his chance to let nets know he should be topdog on offense with thomas out.. need dude to be a go to scorer smh or at least until thomas comes back..

And why this board be so silent during games ?

I agree its too quiet.

I dont think hes ever been built for the #1 guy role.

I also don't like Cam Johnson and am not stoked about how many minutes hes guaranteed.

He is not an elite iso scorer. He can only do it sporadically. He needs help. Having Claxton back should provide more diversity in the offense.

We should trade Royce O'Neale for a real big man and stop with the small ball nonsense.

Can probably just sign one for what we can get for Royce.

I tend to disagree. Were over performing based on predictions. In every game. I see really no non sense.

It's so dead here and boring lol
I agree that he's not built to be a go to scorer, but he's somewhat capable as we've seen last season .. so he need to at least take that task until thomas comes back, because I don't think a balanced out offense would work with this group.. look how ugly it looks out there smh

You dont think johnson is a good role player here? I think bridges and Johnson are good pieces to be around thomas, but not sure bridges ego could accept that..

I agree.. but it's crazy how he was dropping 25-30 pieces here last season, but now it seems he's a complete scrub now .. yea def should trade O'Neale for a big
