Anyways, does anyone think Marcus is expendable? I know he's supposed to be the future, but he's not in game shape yet and could be attractive in a deal obviously. DA deserves the game ball tonight.

I wouldn't say Marcus is expendable but he is frustrating me. Realistically speaking DA can't play like this every night and at least in my opinion he's not as capable of playing big minutes as Marcus Williams is (mainly because of his age). I think like last season the Nets are going to have to take their lumps with Williams as he's going to make mistakes hopefully he just cuts down on the really dumb mistakes...

On the other hand I am fine with cutting Marcus' minutes for a game or two and playing DA more than usual in order to send Marcus a message... Like I said before I understand that he's coming back from injury but he has to be more careful with the ball -_-...

I know I'm repeating myself again with this statement but I think Marcus needs to play more minutes without Vince and within a second unit that does a better job of moving without the basketball.

A combination of: Marcus, Wright, Jefferson, Nachbar or Allen, Boone

Is the second unit I want to see Marcus playing in.

Truth be told the 2nd to last shot was the obvious foul, the last play could have gone either way. On Hedo's jumper, Jefferson leaned in with his hip and pushed Hedo back.

Look even if we grant that the second to last shot was a foul, which I don't think it was, the Magic should not have let Jason Collins shoot 100% from the field and score 10 points.

Because I was playing NBA 2k7 the other day and I was in the finals as the Nets, basically RJ was struggling from the field so I started going to Vince time and time again, fade aways, dunks, layups, threes, he was doing it all. The game ultimately ended up going into OT when Mike James (damn him!) hit a three but Vince playing with five fouls still came through. He ended up with 41 points for the game and it was game seven...

So yeah, that's why Vince got more shots than RJ today.

Amazing win! Amstrong for the All-Star!!!

What a play which makes the veteran, carrying the team to the victory with jumps and finding Allen on the right position...

Vince sure for the last 2 free throws nad good defence for the last posesion.

I never though to win this game!!

And great game by Collins!!!

Finally we beat an eastern elite team!!!!
And it feels great!!!
Man I thought we were done by the half but our bench saved our ass.
D.A was the player of the game no doubt, this game proved that the Nets are what I wanted them to be since the season began.

A team with 3 all star caliber players that has the depth to get it done even when those 3 guys are having a bad game.

However dont get too happy yet guys lets see if this team can keep it up because we always ef up games that can give us a 0.500 record.

P.S lol at frustrated Orlando fans blaming the ref's and crying.
Ahhh feels good.

Wow, we weren't supposed to win this game. With the refs practically giving the lead to Orlando in the first, we played like s*** and continued to play like s*** because of it. Too bad Orlando couldn't win what looked like a fixed game for them because we were down entering the fourth by 11. They let Jason Collins of all people go 5-5 and let Armstrong go crazy. We stole this one. With the cards played, we were supposed to lose. If this game had been called evenly, we should've blew them out.

We're fighting for our wins. I love it. We're not backing down from anything, even from lopsided officiating and grinding it out until the final buzzer.

It's funny whenever Collins went for that two handed layup slapping the backboard, I kept getting the feeling like he was going to miss.
