Notes:
I'm back at school so I figured I might as well get back into the routine... Steve Blake missed the Blazer's last game with an injured calf and is questionable for tonight's game (Jack started in his place).

This is going to be a good game. Portland has to be the biggest suprise of the season. After them playing 2 ot's last night we have to outwork them if were going to win this one.

Lets erase all memories of the abysmal 4th quarter versus Boston. This will be a good test for our defense. As a veteran team, Nets should be able to slow or shut down Blazers.

I'm happy defense is still much improved, Wright will only help that cause. Sad offense is not improved. Happy turnovers are down. Sad that FT shooting is dreadful.

Need better 4th Q offense... Kidd or RJ sputtering the 4th quarter sucks... but this is when VC has to STEP UP! I'm more sore with VC's bad 4th quarters than any other time of the game he's passive or just not taking charge.

Go Nets!! Just DO IT

Frank is so **** clueless it's painful. Vince starts with energy, covered 1on1 by Roy, going to the bucket twice he touched the ball and drawing a foul on Roy who can't guard him in the post so what do Nets do next? Don't run a **** single play for him in the post next five minutes trying to get Roy out of the game with the 2nd foul, just brilliant. Put Vince the damn corner so he can watch and just get passive again. Oh and yeah, sub Vince with offensive machine Wright with 5 to go and when Nets can't get basket. It's hard to watch this dumb basketball.

You can probably catch me online whenever but I'll be able to help you more / critique your work Thursday-Sunday really, since Monday and Tuesday nights I'm pretty busy, and with the way my schedule day Wednesday is probably going to end up being the chill and not do much day of the week.

the coach is what happened. He's only had 2 shots through 2 quarters.

Hey NetsForce next time you make a game thread, instead of having a picture of RJ, have a picture of a butterfinger.

Nets are trying their hardest to make him into a role player that gets his offensive touches for good defense and offensive rebounds? :dontknow: Which means he wont touch the ball often. Two isolations in the beginning and not a single scoring play ran for him entire half. How the **** can he ok with that? I dont think there is another star player that would allow something like that to be done to him.

BTW- Mark Jackson for coach, even from his commentary i can tell he'll be a better coach

wow we're just getting disgraced. we need a trade, and before anyone jumps down my throat saying i'm just panicking after a couple losses just listen. We need to trade either vince or jefferson for a real big-man because this duo is not going to work out theyre too similar and this stupid offense where vince gets a total of like 5 touches the game and rj attempts a shot about 9 times out of 10 that he gets the ball. i preferably would rather trade rj before vince but regardless, need a legit low post presence end of story.
