I am absolutely crying with frustration right now. I just simply don;t understand why this offense is being run trough a guy who has no handles and limited passing ability and why our point guards do nothing else but look for their own shot while Nets best player isn't touching the ball. Jefferson got like 7-8 isolation and post ups already and 0 for Vince who just happens to be better at every offensive aspect of the game . The only time Nets have any flow and rhythm is when Vince is being forced the ball yet it's like Frank can't see it. There has to something there bcuz I refuse to believe that NBA coach can be that ignorant.

The reason why Jefferson gets more isos is because he attacks the basket while Vince settles for jumpers like he allways does , when he's supposed to attack the basket he very often passes the ball .

The way Vince currently plays he's not the Nets best player , talentwise yes but he's not utilizing his strenghs.

excellent job by the nets...28 points in the half

THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OFFENSIVELY. No pick n rolls, no pick n pops, no back door screens, no fastbreaks...what the hell are we doing out there??? Its give the ball to VC and RJ to see if they can do something. Out of our 43 shot attempts, 8 have been in the paint...its no wonder we're shooting 21%. What really bothers me is how much Boone and SWAT have struggled since the trade. We are getting nothing out of our frontcourt....not much out of our backcourt for that matter either.

are we even watching the same game? RJ gets the ball, pounds it or just just shoots long jumpers w/out even looking to pass and when he attacks how many damn times he loses the dribble, it's pointless to run plays for him bcuz he just kills the shotclock. It also stops ball movement so when he starts missing like he is tonight no one else is any offensive rhythm.

btw - you know why Vince isn't utilizing his strengths? It's bcuz he's not being put in position to utilize his strengths, he is most lethal when posted up withing 15 feet of the basket, something that hasn't been done once this entire game and very rarely last couple of weeks, it's only been high pick and roll where he has no spacing to drive or is usually forced to pass it or take long jump shot, when was the last time he got a chance to go 1 on 1 against someone?

the good news: Atlanta & Philadelphia lost tonight

the bad news: da Nets

I like Boki but damn if I could tell what he was doing out there in the first half. He practically dribbled the ball off his foot and onto his face like 3x.

Diop at least can play one side of the court. That's better than the majority of the Nets today. Boone 0 pts, 0 rebounds in almost 14 minutes in pathetic. How Diop doesn't have this guy's starting job yet for the remainer of the season w/ a defensive minded coach is beyond me.

Everyone and their mother settling for jumpshots. VC finally figures out it pays to go towards the Nets....when the game is already a joke....might help if VC/RJ had this mentality from the get go.

I know alot of people on this board want this team to Tank but can't the Nets at least entertain if their gonna lose. NBA ball is supposed to be entertaining afterall...wtf....I almost don't want to watch the 2nd half but I sadomasocistic side of me wants to turn my neck towards this car crash...

This whole Team is holding the Ball and not moving on offense you can't blame it on one player.

I don't think you can even blame it on the coach this whole team is just a complete mess mentally.

this is a joke right ? If you think the difference between the Rockets & Nets is T-Mac and VC you haven't been watching the Nets.

Houston plays like a team on both ends of the court and have nice niche players that understand their role while the Nets are almost done w/ season and still don't know who they are. Houston as a team also take a semblance of pride on defense while the Nets only go through the motions.

Joey Crawford is such a ego-maniac. He wants to be one of the stars of the game.
