Damn just saw Allen Houston talking about how he use to see Jalen at age 6,7 practicing Houston, Sprewell, and LJ moves and you can see a bit of them in his game. Especially those LJ pivot moves

I’m not clamoring for embiid but if the opportunity presented itself you have to try for a player of his caliber. That being said Randle easily.

yeah i think you have to take that gamble. and im a randle fan.

this is all extreme hypotheticals though. i doubt embiid will ask out this summer. we're more likely gonna run it back with a healthy randle. i just hope we get another scorer next to brunson and randle.

THIS ^.... as much as I know the importance of defense - you still need scoring! With Randle hurt, we truly don't have a 2nd option nonetheless a 3rd. To your earlier post, it's why I thought attempting to get Caruso was silly

Two things I've noticed on Garbiid's chepshot elbow on Bunson, is 1, Oubre immediately went to him to see if he is OK, and with the same motion Garbiid bumped Harris's knee as well, who limped away.

Yep. People want to build the 2001 Sixers where Brunson is AI with no help which isn’t going to work. Especially in this era too

I love the fact that all our role players who stepped up during the regular season have now played integral roles in all our wins thus far.

Game 1: Deuce and Hart dominating and raining 3's, and Bogey coming up with clutch momentum shots in the 4th. Mitch was our defensive MVP.
Game 2: iHart redeemed himself with his aggressiveness on the boards and getting move involved in the 2-man offense with Brunson. Critical block and rebound in the closing minute. Divo with that game winner 3.
Game 4: OG + Precious putting the clamps on Embiid in the 4th

McBride can

McBride will get better and better as his career progresses. People need to recognize that you win in the playoffs by playing defense.

Yea but if we can get Mitchell and keep Randle… rather do that. If 1 of the 3 goes down, we’re still good

You don’t think he’d be better alongside Jalen n Julius tho? I don’t see how defenses aren’t overwhelmed by them.

Get itttttt Doneeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depends on the cost. Do you really want to gut this team for Booker? Phoenix will be desperate to retool now that they don't control their picks for 7 years.

Mitch, Julius and Bojan plus 3-4 1sts is a good deal for the suns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brunson/Deuce
Booker/Divo
Jhart/OG
Og/Jhart
Ihart/Precious

Not too shabby. We would need to resign iHart, Precious and OG this off-season. Not sure how all the numbers work out. Also we might not need to include Bogs in the trade. Mitch + Julius would be enough to match Bookers salary.

Can't have Brunson, Randle AND Spida not playing defense

Its horrendous watching Randle give no effort can't afford having another player like that

I think a lot of people are going to be pretty dissapointed this offseason....as the most likely scenario has the Knicks rolling it back. Essentially you gotta ask yourself this: If this team was healthy right now---we would be battling Boston, Denver and Minny for the title....and all our players are just entering their prime really. I don't see them breaking that up.

Yes if Booker became available you obviously try to get him but I doubt Phoenix is going to make him available....they'll try to do something similar to the Mavericks where they try to add a couple solid role playing guys and hope for the best. They invested everything they had in that big 3.....

Another example of how taken over that arena was not only is there an audible roar from the crowd on the defensive play and bucket you can actually hear Knicks fans going into their 'Dooooce' call when he caught the ball to shoot that 3 like they do at MSG.

It seems like even a notorious Knicks hater was speechless for a moment in reaction to that atmosphere
