even if they want to upgrade, there's no guarantee we can do that. and you'll have to pay him next summer by the latest. or maybe extend him this summer.

isn't that why we have been hording all these draft picks and acquiring the Bogs contract?

I think they will pull the trigger on something. It might not be the most ideal fit but they need to bring in additional talent just to help take the load off some of these guys in the regular season especially Brunson because Thibs wears them down and we have to protect our playoff success against his lunacy.

who is the not ideal fit star we can get ? kat ? does that change much even if we could ? we don't know we can get mitchell. it's just not that easy.

could see us making a smaller trade - something like Bogs + a pick or 2 and maybe Deuce for a Murray type.

If Brunson is able to produce a monster game we have a good shot at winning. If he's not healthy enough, we don't. We don't have a ton of control over how healthy he can be.

I wouldn't say Mitchell is IDEAL...it would be brunson takes a turn then mitchell takes a turn type offense...and he isn't a good defensive player. Not saying I wouldn't want him because you can't turn down that scoring especially needed in the playoffs...but its not IDEAL.

I think they will turn Bogs contract at least into something even if its a better version of him...they also picks 24 and 25 in this draft...unless we use those picks who probably wont crack our rotation probably best to move those picks as well in the offseason.

There will be some shakeups...there always are...I just don't think we can just wait any longer...brunson isn't getting younger and his contract is going to be a huge increase the year after next.

I wonder if they start him...precious is murdering our spacing to start games...better to try and get the offense going early and then read the room...if Siakam is too much for Hart we can always adjust...but I think its important to get our offense going early.

Mitch Robinson, OG and Hart (whenever Randle goes Amare on defense) its more than enough for us to be a top defense again next season even with Mitch and Brunson... both are strong enough to guard the least threats on the other team (those who just stand still behind the 3pt line and occasionally drive or cut to the basket)... also with Hart there you can always defend the PnR without having to put either of our guards at the first line of defense

I think we move on from Mitch Robinson… I think we possibly move on from Randle as well…

Maybe we bring back a Spida or Mikal Bridges.

If healthy, we should be an ECF legit contender.

When we win this series, do everyone a favor and do not pretend that you always believed in this team and celebrate.

Pathetic.

Shut up dude. You are allowed to be realistic and pleasantly surprised as a fan. It's easier to expect a loss and get a surprise win than it is to expect a win and get a surprise loss.

you have to retain at least one if not both of them... if you decide to be a defensive team you cannot renounce to Mitch

If you want a talented offensive team who plays almost positionless bball you need Randle despite his stigmas here

Should just calmly state the 100% opposite of the truth. The baldfaced lie always goes over well on here.

Normally I'd be with you but you also said they'd win the last two games and here we are.

I mean, they had no business losing game 3 lol, I would have been 3-1 and would be a closeout game tonight but its alright, 3-2 after tonight

Maybe the best solution is to not make a public prediction at all, watch the game, and see what happens.

That's what I'll be doing. This place is already toxic and the game hasn't even started.

Maybe I'm wrong about Precious, although he also needs to be a threat.

None of this stuff is a science though, we needed a board at the end of G3.
