some of these injuries really can't be put on thibs though

the bogs and randle injury were some freak sht.

mitch is fat
og is mr glass

and who was he supposed to play instead of jHart.

time to load up our bench next year or get thanos so when everyone goes down we can keep the run going

Randle shouldn't have been in the game, that falls squarely on Thibs, you saw it tonight too, game was over and Brunson is still out there for some inexplicable reason.

Mitch is definitely fat though.

OG is absolutely on Thibs, we know he's made of glass, but his minutes were decent for the first 3 games against the Sixers 31, 37, 39 obviously creeping up but still somewhat reasonable. After game game 3 Tom went full Tom and he played 47, 50, 45, 42 and then he of course got hurt. He had only played 40 minutes or more once in his return, then games 4, 5, 6 and game 1 he goes 40. If a guy is made of glass be cautious with his minutes, he threw caution out the window.

Hart is 100% on him too, don't even need much depth there.

it is what it is

he isn't going anywhere. have to hope leon either stocks the cupboard more or the crew can stay up.

it is clear he does get the best out of what he is given though. donte, deuce, and jHart are playing some incredible ball.

They gave those soft hicks hope by playing terribly in the 2nd. Choking game 3 really hurts

Better than having Haliburton showboating all over MSG.

F*ck Indiana. I want this series. ECF would be just a bonus round.

That's fine, but eventually he needs to be replaced if they want to actually win a title. He is not a championship coach, we've had 3 playoff runs with him now, in all 3 a key starter was hurt, or this year's masterclass 4 starters are hurt.

I'd rather get swept by Boston than lose to these screaming stomping crying clowns in the 2nd round

Mitch was in TIP TOP physical shape before the injury

we both know that he isn't going anywhere at least not anytime soon. most likely he will be around for the core of Brunson's prime which is the next 3-5 years.

and tbh, i'm okay with running with thibs. i don't disregard you and other fans concerns that he is a butcher. and maybe in the next year or so when brunson goes down I'll join the lynch squad but for now he gets the most out of scrubs and has us looking like a real team. I can lie to myself "if we were healthy this year we could have maybe won it all". blaming some of those injuries to happenstance. being delusional is part of the fun of being a fan. thibs and these knicks are still kinda fun. so i'll ride with him.

They didn't look like this during the Sixers series so my only conclusion is that the grind of the season has finally caught up to them. I also believe JB and iHart are playing with injuries.
