The next three games:

Fri, Jan 4 at San Antonio (Loss - 8-23);

Sat, Jan 5 at Houston (Loss - 8-24); and

Tue, Jan 8 at Chicago (Loss* - 8-25).

*I know some of you optimists out there think this game might be a win, but if we can't beat them at home how do you expect us to beat them in Chi-town? Plus, Boylan has them playing good ball now.)

For the pessimists in the group, the next three games after that are (all home games):

NY - Houston (Loss - 8-26);

NY - Toronto (Loss - 8-27); and

NY - Detroit (Loss - 8-28).

Even is we win 2 of these next six games, we're still only 10-26. Pretty pathetic.

After the way they played tonight's game, I'm predicting 0-for-January.

The best they'll take away from this month is two lucky wins. And that's if they catch a team where the entire starting five has explosive diarrhea.

We would have an even greater chance of losing then

Actually, in keeping with the tradition of this squad, we'll probably see a good effort against the Spurs...

Who cares? There's no reason to pay attention to this team until the end of the season.

I think you're thinking of last year's squad.

Maybe we'll see "a good effort," but, sadly, we'll still lose.

How could they possibly win 2 games out of the next 6? Maybe if McGrady and Yao (along with Francis) are out with injuries, and Battier keeps shooting like Richardson, MAYBE the Knicks have a SLIGHT chance against the Rockets.

Although this is a team that just got blown out by the Knicks without Artest, Bibby, Martin, and Abdur-Rahim. Head will turn into McGrady and Mutombo will turn into Yao.
It's hard being a Knicks fan...

Will this team win 20 games this year is the question.

What you guys need to do is go to an online betting site and wager some serious cash on the knicks opposition because there's no indication whatsoever that the knicks will have changed any aspect of their game to be able to compete.

You guys can earn a fortune during this big losing streak.

Why have we gotten the 4 games with Chicago out of the way in the span of a month?
