They'd be insane to run it back. That said, they are being advised by Isiah so who knows.
I like them listing Nurk as an asset. His salary is decent but who needs a scoring big who doesn't defend? Also, its not like they are in the position to try to trade for a big star so they can use his salary as filler to match salaries. They are looking for role players so Nurk's salary is actually a huge crutch imo.

I think people have to remember players performance is tied to thier ability but also to the system they are a part of…thiers various dynamics at play

Heat did take something out of them though. KP is definitely gonna be a question mark. Bam tried to commit melo-on-melo violence against Tatum. We ended up playing Embiid smh, but imagine Bam sliding under Brunson? Very easy to see it.

Timberwolves have ANT/Towns/Gobert, 3 players who are or were All-NBA as recently as 2021 and 3 players who are in their primes at various stages.

They’re not fully developed but okc has a pretty clear big 3 too
