In Portuguese, so ignore the meaning of the lyrics, I suppose, and just listen to the flow and the music(??). I have some random, maybe ill-informed ideas, but I'm not going to spoiler.

it sounds like a lot of the polished, pop-ready r&b/hip-hop we've got in the states. it's a vibe. i dig it. and we def discuss music like this in the thread. no worries there.

my only minor criticism is lyrics seem to have an uncomfortable fit at times. less can be more in some bars.

as an advanced spanish speaker, i could pick up on a good bit of it. kinda like i did with danza kuduro lol.

Mey Lo's album is absolute fire.

New Rome Streetz I found disappointing. Same as every other album but...maybe I need to listen again.

I'm still bumping Roc/Alchemist - The Elephant's Mans Bones. Album of the year.

Griselda brought nothing new to how Rome Makes Music. Its an overhyped Album. It most def sounded the same. I didnt like the beat selection that much. Rome style of rap needs hard Drums....

I played this new Armani Caesar **** More than His.

This beat blows any beat on Rome Album imo.... West comes harder on this song to.

not to me. Its the worst HWH imo. The beat selection is meh outside of the pete rock beat. Im tired of this no drums in the beat schit overall tho.

You're just tired of that wave in general then. It's arguably his best.

for sure. I said a few posts up the same thing with the Griselda Rome Streetz album. Its fine if its a song here and there but when the majority of an album is lacking drums im good. The new 38 spesh album is better than HWH10 to me.

Haven't listened yet. Rome was tough too. I feel like we've been getting a lot of great music as of late.

I agree. There is enough for everyone tastes. I'm waiting in this new ETO & Future Wave Album heavily.

Between this and Do Better, Ab is probably going to drop a damn good album.

The key is SELF MASTERY
Mentally & Physically
Escapin dramas plaguin the world it's never easy G
Society is straight up set up to hurt you
Undirectly
With God logic
It's diabolic
Let me kick it most importantly
Gotta dodge tricknology
Leave that similac alone
Breast feed your seeds
The gift of motherhood you pass on your antibodies
Defense against sickness
Unwanted virus
Realize we came to this land by savage pirates
Never migrated
Forced dehydrated
Instrumental tools
So knowledge dilapidated
Forced to bring it back
The most high heals the wounds
From the time you conceived
To the day you lay in tombs
Reeducate thy self from spoken fables
Descendants of the Kings & Queens who made it stable
Whose anatomy contains royal genealogy
You're not the minority
The unseen majority
Communicatin brother to brother before a dialect
Developed longevity
Built the first community
Understood the science of healin
Through herbology
First open heart surgeon
Was under King Zoser
Erectin pyramids livin off the Nile River
There's so many unknown facts about self
I shiver
I stop a second think to myself
It make me quiver
I must reach right inside of the self and just deliver
Rays of light
Of the Sun through the stratus

Peace as I release this apparatus
