SMRattler wrote:Guys, keep in mind my Spurs are battling injuries right now. Our second best player (Manu) is out with a finger problem, Bones Barry is also out. That's almost all of our bench scoring and two of our best 3 point shooters that shoot us out of scoring slumps. Plus, two of our best ball handlers that mask our backup PG problem. :-(

Our backup (sometimes starting) center Elson is also out.

We've called up 3 or 4 NBDL guys the last couple of weeks just trying to get warm bodies.

Our scoring ability should be an issue. Should make it a nice, ugly game that can go either way. Unless the Knicks lay down for us.

Good luck!
You are just being nice to us poor Knicks fans. Even with injuries to the Spurs, no one will expect Isiah's crew to pull this one out.

We are 4-6 the last 10 games having lost to Denver last night after only putting up 77 points. I'm telling you, if Manu doesn't play, Barry is still out and we can not score a lot of points right now. So, it should be an interesting game to watch. I don't think it will be a blow out.

I think the Spurs will win, but I don't think it will be easy considering we are way short handed with not a lot of scoring punch replacing those guys.

yea like he said...if Sactown didn't have their hall of famer, John Salmons, we would have won that game.

You complain about losing to the Kings by 10?

Last time we played them we lost by 13 with our beloved former Spur Beno schooling us for a career high 27!!!!!! More than doubling TPs production and outscoring all 3 of our PGs by himself! Now THAT was painful.
