They were the 8th seed for a reason. They're not that good.
They coasted in the regular season and got beat in Round 1 of the play in. Contenders don't coast. That's why the Knicks are the #2 seed.

Atlanta traded back for Trae passing on Luka Doncic!! 2 other teams passed on Luka but, ATL traded him for Young!!
Imagine Luka and Booker in PHO.
SAC took Marvin Bagley.....
ATL traded Doncic to take Trae.
Kinda like the MJ draft.
