Big road trip so far and I think OG coming back even if it was only 2 games really helped the team lock in on that defensive identity again. That plus the more relaxed officiating. We are really big dogging these teams with gritty and physical play while also making the right reads and being where we need to be. Making the game very tough for opponents.

I know y’all peep Brunson playing defense. This guy is the ultimate player. Seen him dapping him the 18th man who I don’t even recognize. The way he holds the team together is Jason Kidd level.

just weeks ago I was telling guys on here to chill out when they couldn't stop with their hot takes about Deuce

Several were going on about how Deuce couldn't create or make his own shots and I told them he hasn't played enough to say that, just wait and see

This is something that happens all the time here

I said the same thing about Hartenstein last year. He came in with some lingering health issues and I said just wait, this guy can really dime the ball for a big man. Now everyone loves him

This stuff takes time. Look at Deuce. Drafted with Grimes who was hotter out of the gate, but Deuce has prevailed as Grimes regressed. I thought Grimes was the one, but it was Deuce. And I'm glad I stood by both of them, because that's how this goes sometimes

Love your players, because you never know who is going to become your favorite Knick until they've had time to develop
