Unfortunately OG has a history of injuries. He’s missed 33% of in season games in his career. He simply is somebody you’re going to have to pencil in for a minimum of 20-25 missed games in a season moving forward.

If he’s healthy and can contribute in the playoffs that’s going to be the only factor. That’s what he’s here to do - win during the playoffs.

Just by reading about him, though, don’t expect him to be like Brunson and play with some bumps and bruises. His pain tolerance seems to be low. He’s not a play through pain type of guy. Not that that’s necessarily a terrible thing considering who the coach is.

Alec Burks currently plays 15mpg for us THIS SEASON.

and

we dont have a backup pg

and

any trade we make in the near future for a star will almost certainly include miles McBride, thus even if you thought we do have a backup pg (you're wrong) we wont if we trade for a star
