Jeremy Cohen (@TheCohencidence) theorizes we won't be signing any vets from the buyout market. We're more likely to sign young talent to 10-day contracts for awhile until it's cheaper to sign them for the remainder of the season.

It basically works to our advantage in the offseason if we don't pick up a vet in the buyout market. (star trade) He stumbled onto some financial clues that he'll reveal on a different show.
