Reminds me of Horford. Old, but can still rip your ass some nights and even when they're not hot they know how to play the game right

Nah they still get 8 if they beat winner of the next one

That’s too much opportunity. We need to tighten this up a bit. But that’ll never happen because … Cha-Ching Cha-Ching!

No.

- 7th seed and 8th seed plays for the 7th seed and the

- loser of the 7th seed and 8th seed plays the winning of the 9th seed and 10th seed for the 8th seed.

I just realized I'm relieved to not have to deal with Miami's constant BS as a team and a franchise. I don't think they'd have a chance of beating us anyway, so I'm probably just glad not to see those MFs again

Not really, cause the Heat would've made the playoffs in the old, normal format. So why should they get knocked out for losing to the higher seeded team in a 1-off game?

Now if they lose to the 7th AND one of the 9th/10th seeds, then it makes sense for them to be done.

embiid looks more like he doesn't have his conditioning than he's really hurt. that'll likely improve as the series goes on.

loser between the 9th seed and 10th seed plays the loser of the 7th seed and 8th seed for the 8th seed.

A bruising match-up between Miami vs Celtics would be nice lol
