I'll give Summer Glau a chance, mainly because it would have been what Capt. Reynolds would have wanted, and I'm just aimin' to oblige.

tghey shut down production during the summer and didn't restart it for a while becuase of location issues. Some of the episodes were supposed to be shot in Afraica, I guess the people in charge balked at the idea. They started up again and then were sidelined by the writers, but the real reason for the delay was the restart, at least from what I could find checking various boards.

I'm excited about the series.

I'm a huge Terminator fan, so I'll give it a chance. I won't say that it sucks until I actually see a few episodes.

Shiny. I'll be watching it too for the same reason. I hope it goes better than Mal's show "Drive" this last fall.

There isn't a power in the 'verse that can keep us down.

You have no idea how happy I was there was such a reference to reply to. Be happier I became a brown coat in 2006...after everything...the number grows everyday, so there's still hope for Big Damn Movie part 2. Especially if River and this new show becomes a hit.
