question: are you suppose to tip when you order carry out? lol i think a lady got mad at me at dennys because i ordered some food on phone and when i went to pick it up i didn't tip.

there is a admin charge and a event service charge

whats the point of those 2 different ones? restaurants love to take as much as they can too
