My preference for off-season free agency additions

A) OG/Russell/Claxton
Don't know how much those 3 would cost or if we could pull it off. They're listed in order of preference as well.

B) just get OG

C) if OG is not to be had then
Russell/Claxton/Monk
Don't know how much they would cost or if we could pull it off.

D) Russell/Claxton
E) Russell/Monk

Getting Mitchell would be like perfect like he would fit like a glove because I personally still think Paolo is best suited as a second option on offense. His ts% is way below league average.

Mitchell is so efficient and aggressive, getting him and pairing him with PB and Franz would make make us contenders.

100% he will only accept going to a big market team.

Especially with Franz and Paolo.

Same with Claxton.
Was it a concern when Goga was playing?

You forgot the vomit-inducing plays wherein Goga and Fultz/Black were together and they kept passing the ball out to Franz and Paolo?

I think a lot of pics were screenshoted wherein the opponents just surrounded Paolo while Goga/Fultz/Black was being ignored.
I actually didn't. I loved having a center like Goga. No, he didn't space the floor, but he rebounded, protected the rim, set great screens, and played his role perfectly. With a new spacing SG or PG and improvement from everyone else, Hartenstein would be just fine.

Would make for a great regular season until you realize the Magic can’t score once again come playoff time.

Exactly, especially if Goga hesitates to even take it to the rim.

I see Goga scoring when he gets the pass on the dunkers spot and his opponents back is to him, however a lot of times, he gets the pass and sees a defender, he dribbles it out and passes.

But at least with Hart, i seen him take it strong even with defenders surrpunding him.

I've normally been okay with running it back. If we do it this year, I'll legitmately be a bit upset.

Mitchell to Miami for Herro + Jaquez is probably fair for both teams. Bam, Butler and Mitchell would be strong, and Cleveland gamble on Garland, Herro and Mobley.

Not sure we can compete with that without dipping into our youth. Hopefully Brooklyn blows it up and we can turn WCJ + Cole + our cache of future picks into Bridges, and we send him to Cleveland for Mitchell.

It would be tough for us to trade for Mitchell because Cleveland would want win-now guys. If they were headed into a rebuild, we could possibly compete but at the end of the day, Mitchell calls the shots. No one is trading for him without the assurance that he’s going to sign a contract with them.

I actually think it's much more likely that the Cavs call Mitchell's bluff and keep him regardless of whether or not he signs an extension this summer, and look to trade Garland instead.

But again, they're going to want win now pieces for Garland, not a picks heavy package.

why do you think he was out of rotation? you think mose does not want to win?

Hartenstein hasnt stopped Brunson from getting to the basket.

he is 5 times faster then franz or paolo come on now and has flouter and pull up

that should make it even harder for Hartenstein to get out of the way since Brunson moving faster

Paolo better PER and TS than Mitchell in their 2nd years. Most young players are inefficient until they adjust to the pro game and work on their weaknesses

Donovan would be bad since he takes so many attempts. Garland is sexy though.

Garland is the fit for us, but I’m not really high on him.

Mitchell I dont think will age well.

Don’t roast me because I haven’t looked into the stats… but would y’all consider something around WCJ for Giddey? Giddey got benched tonight.
