30% from 3, 70% FT shooter and 3.0 TO per game for his 3.9 APG. I just cant get excited about this pick today.

He's a better shooter than Elfrid Payton was though, right?

DPOY level defender vs good defender potential.

Best passer to come along in years vs average NBA passer.

Black is the best point guard in this year's draft and probably the best pure point guard to come along in 5-10 years.

is way way way better as a playmaker/passer.

the way is processing the game is amazing tbh, basically he is super flash at reading situations and passing the ball.
not maybe at Giddey/lonzo level, but still very good and it is very probable that would translate easily.

also the ball handling is on another level.

ah,just for the records:swing skill will be decision making.

he has the qualities to be an high level assist-man in nba,but he has to cut bad TO,especially when he tries to do advanced passes other players can not see.

he has to learn to calculate better risk/reward when he passes the ball, that would make the primary difference for his nba carreer.

I like that he makes quick decisions and doesn't hold the ball.

Garbage pick. Perimeter players with no jumper are defective.

Great pick. He allows suggs to defend the point as well.

I’ve watched basketball this decade. Just sag off a bad shooter and you’re playing 5 on 4.

The only exciting part of the draft. High upside, high IQ, multi positional defender, gets to the line unlike Fultz.

You have to go for upside at #6.

He knows how to play point rather than looking like a bull in a China shop.
