Overcome with emotion. You could see him almost shaking after making the shot. Just a raw human reaction from someone who really cares, nothing to be worried about.

That was really great to see. We have guys that are GOOD and GROWING and i wish I could double capitalize here, but they FING CARE!!!

That interview with Paolo is great man, watching it again right now. You can see how much it means to him that his team believes in him.

It's interesting how emotional Paolo get's against Detroit. He was just as emotional when WCJ hit the game winner. You can really see how much winning means to him.

I mean, these teams are parallels in a lot of ways, very young.

2/2 at Minnesota - 2 FT made with 9.1 seconds left up 2
2/24 at Detroit - Middy and 1 (made FT) with 0.8 seconds left in a tie game

Yeah I saw something the other day stating he was number 2 in the statistical category behind someone I can’t recall…

You know.. Suggs is clutch, Franz is clutch, Paolo is clutch.

I really like this core.

Christiano Ronaldo cried all the time and he is one of the goats of soccer. I would be worried if he cried after a miss and a loss, but after a buzzerbeater win ? Come on now.....
Ps. Davey be more nice to your daughters boyfriend. Maybe he cries next to you more than next to others ? :D

That shot and interview by Paolo is an instant classic. I love that passion and emotion. ****, being vs Detroit makes it even better because a lot of NBA players will treat this as a "meaningless regular season game vs Detroit", but Paolo truly cares. Love that.

I cant believe people on here are complaining about crying and cursing on tv. Id be ashamed if Magic players read our forum sometimes. Some of the posters on here are downright embarrassing.

There has been a lot crying this season. I think Cole, Suggs, Black and now Paolo have all cried this season, lol.

I'm going down with the ship. My eye test has never been so far off from the analytical nerds.

They all seem to say Paolo sucks, and I say he is really really good. I don't know how to square it.

Amazing shot, but apsolute travel, would probably shoot my mac if that wasn't called against us. Gather step is one step, he did two.
Gather step is nice way in NBA to allow more exiting plays that in basketball shouldn't be legal, but it's nba, people do 7 steps layups.

Pistons don't care tho, another step toward secured top 5 :lol:

Apparently, a jump step is allowed after the gather.

He dribbled, picked ball with both hands than with both legs jumped back. It's a travel.
Even if you count first step as gather, he still did four steps as hoop back was done with both legs.

But we are now in WWE-nba era where quality is on decline for sake of half drunk people being entertained, so i'm sure this is just one of many uncalled "buzzerbeaters" comming.

He gathered, and his left foot was his pivot foot, and then he did a jump step. That's not 4 steps. Watch the slow-motion video.

With all due respect to person who wrote that on twitter, guy has no f*** idea about basketball rules.

Once you catch ball with both hands there is no steps to take. Especially not two legs "steps back".

When both feet are off the playing court and the player lands:
1. Simultaneously on both feet, either may be the pivot foot;
2. On one foot followed by the other, the first foot to touch shall be the pivot foot;
3. On one foot, the player may jump off that foot and simultaneously land on both, in which case neither foot can be the pivot foot.

It's literally part of basketball rules

You absolutely can take steps after you catch the ball. I could hold the ball for 20 seconds and then take steps.
