I’m always done for drafting best shooter on the board or maybe a developmental big if we don’t keep Goga.

Anyone like this kid Sarr? His frame worries me a bit.

In this weak draft the kid is a top3 pick. Too bad we are set on the F position.

Batcho from Louisiana Tech is a sleeper big.

This was last year. His numbers have jumped a ton this season.

Assuming the Magic makes the playoffs, and we should all have that expectation at this point, then Orlando is drafting in the 15-20 range.

For example, NBAdraft currently has the Magic selecting Kyle Filipowski. That's the sort of asset the Magic will bring in.

I'd probably have my eye on Jaxson Robinson if I was thinking about the draft. Orlando needs wing shooters, and he seems like this years "Jett Howard". And as the Magic is going to be super expensive soon, having players on rookie deals that can provide bench minutes will be valuable. Drafting a senior thus makes a good deal of sense.

Who are the best prospects from Huwan Howard’s team?

The last place Michigan Wolverines would not project to have a single NBA talent on its current roster.

And for that reason, we will surely trade the pick.

If Zach Edey is available at the Magic's 2nd-round pick, I can see Orlando keeping the selection for him.

If Luka Doncic was in the draft and available at our 2nd round pick i still wouldnt expect us to keep the pick

I like McCain but he's not starting over AB after just one breakout game.... I'm not keen on picking a guard at all, we have too many to begin with... With Fultz and Gary most likely gone it opens up those minutes for AB and jett Howard to step in... Normally I would be a little concerned with AB starting at pg but with our style of play and the amount of playmaking we're getting from the forward spots we don't really need a traditional point guard per se.....

our style of play changed from the beginning of the season to now, so much so that we don't really need as much from the point guard and center positions now as we maybe needed in the past... I mean now we really only need Dell to set good screens, defend and rebound the ball... We only need Fultz to keep the ball moving and defend.....all that of course is as far as the starters go, the bench is another story

You really think he wont be there in the late teens to early 20s?

Yeah I'm high on him so it may have something to do with that, I could see The Bulls or Heat or Spurs 2nd pick. I don't see us picking him due to guard depth but doesn't take away from him being my favorite player in the draft.

Which ones? Hope we luck out and not get the busts.

I was looking at Dilingham at first but all of a sudden he gets benched or cut back his PT? What happened?

Then there is Sheppard? Looks like a younger version of Jingles physically speaking.

Wagner? He has been out and injured so haven't really seen much of him.

There has been no Fox or SGA right now thata clearly screams next level in that team.

I don't watch college basketball much (where to stream that?), so I am using stats at this point and Dillingham looks nice. Well, Sheppard does as well, but we'd have to sign and trade Markelle to Raptops for a pick.

I haven't paid much attention to college/draft prospects yet, but just from reading through some stuff, Adama Bal intrigues me with our philosophy and current core.

Idk, the previous two Santa Clara prospects seem to have turned out all right.

Oh they are around if you just diligently look for them.

He’s out of our range at this point but Rob Dillingham is special. Dude played GREAT tonight in the second half against LSU.

Edey would be an excellent 15th man for Orlando, and for me, a huge upgrade over Okeke in that he would have a defined role: practice squad brute. He would get approximately zero floor minutes on the Magic depth chart. But that would not be his job.
