Lol! I have creative thinking just like Otis Smith.
Anyone thinks Franz Wagner is a top player in the league is kidding themselves! He's a glorified Hedo Turkoglu, who's just about ready for contract extension this summer.

Dude, a prime Hedo in this era is a certified allstar player.

And Hedo couldn't guard a chair and his energy level was always questionable. I'd take Franz all day.RookieStar wrote:T-Cat wrote:RookieStar wrote:

It’s funny a prime Hedo was never an All Star.
I know it’s irrelevant to the thread but Hedo was pretty overrated in my opinion. If he was a legit All-Star/Second option the Magic would have won a title.

Franz can be had for the right price!
Keep Paolo Banchero and Jonathan Isaac.
Jett Howard and Anthony are still rookies so idk, everyone else can go for right price.
Fultz can stay for cheap tbh

If Isaac and Franz cant play vs Houston, than I am really worried about our positioning. That loss vs Charlotte really hurts.
Trade for Jarret Allen

Boxscore thoughts:
The Magic lost the FG% battle but won the game.
Yes the Magic made 5 more three balls given all the threes Jacked, and yes the Magic was marginally better as a rebounding and offensive rebounding team. But this is not the stat of the game.
Orlando won the TO-differential battle by a staggering 11 TOs. That led to 15 more FG attempts. I can't think of a stat that would make coach smile more than TO-differential !
That the Magic went 18-19 from the charity stripe was a golden bonus.

Happy the team seems to understand the gravity of the situation, playing with the right sense of urgency. And liked the way they kept shooting the open threeballs without hesitation, even when shots weren't falling in the first half.
Kudos to Gary Harris for one of the best 0 point performances I've ever witnessed. He was key in slowing down DDR when it mattered most and had the best +/- for a reason.

Maybe a low-end max contract. His lack of outside shooting is alarming. In theory, he'll be much easier to stop in the playoffs because he doesn't make outside shots.BadMofoPimp wrote:Optimus_Steel wrote:Fans sure say some dumb things.
