Combed through ESPN'S win probabilities. We are not favorites in a single game.

Gm1: 31.9%
Gm2: 34.8%
Gm3: 47.0%
Gm4: 47.2%
Gm5: 35.5%
Gm6: 47.0%
Gm7: 35.5%

Using those to simulate a series I get the following outcome probabilities.

Cavs in 5: 22.4%
Cavs in 7: 18.4%
Cavs in 6: 18.2%
Cavs in 4: 12.6%
Magic in 6: 10.5%
Magic in 7: 9.9%
Magic in 5: 5.6%
Magic in 4: 2.5%

That's a good idea, and then after 6 minutes, replace Franz with Carter. Franz could come back in for Isaac around the 10-minute mark.

A positive is that there is an 87.5% probability that we win at least one game.

28.5% probability that we win the series seems low though. I think we are being underestimated.

Aren’t we a fairly bad first quarter team? I hope with extended minutes Mosley leaves starters in longer at the beginning and then we aren’t in a hole after Q1 like we have been a lot lately.

Isaac needs to be at 30mpg and I’d like Paolo and Franz pushing 40.

Only lately we are.

For good portions of the season, iirc, we were racing put to decent leads against good and bad teams.

I have to say that the only pathway I see to victory is somehow we are in a 0-2 deficit going into a home game with a couple role player injuries and Mosely has no choice but to adjust a free the krakens Goga / Black who will have a combined 30-12-4-3-5 statline. This will come after Murray comments how he can't wait for the second round after the end of the trouncing in game 2.

It's usually the starters who get us in a hole in the first quarter and then the Isaac lineups dig us out. Franz and Paolo playing together have a -7.9 net rating in the first quarter.
