Shouldnt it be paused after round 1 to let them catch up? 2 other people got to move up since the managers were no shows, and now we arbitrarily pause the draft before my pick? Therefore two managers benefit from this by moving up, and I get shafted and have to wait? Shouldnt they get added to the end of the 1st round?

Yeah actually you are right but I really didnt want to punish the newcomers due to inactivity of previous gm's.It would be a bit too severe to punish them even more.
