Lou Williams isn't a volume shooter, it's just like all young players: He doesn't play to his strengths. ALA Thad Young in college.

Lou fell in love with the 3 ball, even though he shot 28 percent there.

Lou's a solid mid-range(15-17), close type of player. If he sticks to his strengths, he could easily shoot 42-45 percent. Which is acceptable.

I'm afraid you aren't getting better. Only more adamant about your silly assertions with stats that prove you wrong in your own posts.

You mean like posting aboout Brezec's crappy career numbers and complaining about what he will do in the Sixers rotation when the guy will be lucky to see minutes in 25-30 games?

It's all about the march to 10,000 posts, bro...logic be damned.

It's not a march, it's a sprint. ;)

Media day starts at 12:30 today at the Wachovia Center. Four of the five starters -- all but Dalembert -- will have individual press conferences, along with Eddie Jordan. Rest of players are available whenever we can get them. Camp starts at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Joe's.

Does anyone know where Sam is and why he hasn't shown up? There must be a problem.

Tom didn't say that Sam didn't show up, it's just that he isn't going to have his own press conference...geez that's how rumors get started!

Not only rumors, but the bigs really suffered with their defensive technique. It was just god AWFUL to see a big guarding the perimeter.

I watched last year's Game 1 on NBATV, the only game Speights got in, and he didn't seem outmatched to me. If anything, he was a victim to the defense. He missed a few shots, but he was active defensively. He didnt play bad at all.

Besides it's not like Daly or Ratliff were doing an even acceptable job against DH12.

If Speights got more minutes, we might've seen better play from Lou. Andre Miller is incapable off the ball. So Lou only had Iggy to pass too really.

Last things a big needs to work on. I hope Speights works on DEFENSE. I know he can give us 12-14 any night. Block shots, rebound, ship Sam's ass somewhere. NY after they realize 2010's a bust?

Why is Willie such a nice guy? I wish Willie was a real douchebag in interviews, then I could commit to hating him 24/7.

I think we're a bit unfair to Willie, athleticism was alot of his game. He lost alot of that athleticism. If he was a good 3pt shooter or just a consistent shooter period, we'd love him. But because he lost that athleticism, he lost his playmaking skills.

Went down from there.

speights sounds like a re-re when he speaks but I did here him say he worked on his postgame(nice). It would be great if he said he worked on his Defense but I dont even think thats in his vocab rather his game.

stromile swift at camp(I wonder if he have any game left we could use).
