This team is too dependent on Maxey's shooting sometimes. It's ridiculous he has taken half of our 3s in the half, like if he shoots like **** (like today) is difficult to beat a team shooting 50% from 3

This game shows the Sixers need a guy like Dejounte Murray. We need another strong ball handler; someone who can break double teams and attack the basket.

Missing our third scorer tonight...flaws and all Tobias is at least 15 points a night...not to mention Melton who is also a high volume 3pt guy. Oubre coming back to earth also hurts.

As always a lot has been masked by Jo and as you said Maxey being god tier. Jo is made of glass and he and Maxey's shot diet are tough shot making...so yeah it be like that especially when the other team is getting easy buckets in bunches.

Melton, Tobias, Morris, and Covington all out. Not sure we had a great shot in this one to begin with.

Having a bunch of older vets on the team is great in one way, but we have to recognize that some of the older guys are just proving the archetypes we need to build out the team and can't be relied on to play heavy minutes regularly and produce long term. Batum is great in his role and Beverly in his, but we can't expand their roles too much and have to add in around them using first rounders or second rounders and contracts like Morris and Cov, House and Furk and Martin/Springer/Reed if a young guy is needed.

Could be bigger, longer term trades if we use our first rounders or smaller deals using second rounders, preserving the large cache of higher picks for draft night and summer.

I mean, i actually think we're missing Tobias more on defense tonight. No one outside of Joel can guard Pascal with Tobias out.

They can't miss, we can't hit. Just not our night.

This is the best and deepest Eastern Conference I've ever seen. Much more likely we lose in the first round than going to the Eastern finals. Especially if the fraud doesn't make impact moves in the next 2 weeks.

Maxey's 3 point shooting has been trash since early in the season

The young but experienced teams like Indiana are always a tough match-up for us. We are too old and/or small to effectively defend their big guards and young athletic wings and forwards. I hope we don't have to face them in the playoffs assuming no major moves are made to our roster.

tbf, we're playing line ups that are Embiid/Maxey/Batum and guys that should not play over 20 minutes, and yes that includes Oubre
