We held Miami to one field goal in the last 8 minutes and 18 seconds of that game! That is awesome defense, that is Nick Nurse basketball, that was an awesome win. Holy crap! Tyrese Maxey is good!

This ties the season series, don't know what comes next if we end up tied.

I do like that we were able to match their effort in this game, the Heat are always a very high effort team. Kelly is starting to really bring it, nice to see good Kelly going into the playoffs. Really need more from Buddy, I was expecting alot more from him.

Big fella was moving around nicely, but he does make you nervous too much. Max is becoming showtime at the right time of the year. Good solid win, we need all of these games to finish the regular season.

Say what you will about KJ, but we need his athleticism. He made some nice plays tonight for us. Unsung role player hero tonight.

Maxey (and Oubre lol) have to be closers for us in close games. Too easy to throw Biid off his game and muck it up as refs don't call **** in the playoffs. Those two have irrational confidence and can just go.

I will say Biid did get good looks...just didn't make them. Like he split double teams for some makable shots often tonight. However, his legs simply leave him as games go on and as a guy who lives off that jumper, he will probably miss makeable shots. Its why Jimmy was a great combo (although he lowkey sold tonight down the stretch too wakka wakka) and Hot Game Harden as well. I just hope Biid is able to realize that and not think he can just play through it because of some weird macho bull lol.

The Pacers have the tie breaker over us no?

If we win the 5 games left, the Pacers would have to go 1-4 for us to get over them on the standings while the Heat would have to go 2-4. They play each other too.

The Heat plays the Raptors 2 times and the Hawks who are lock for the play in. The Pacers also play the Raptors

I would recommend to give up on the 6th seed stuff.

Embiid had a great first half and a bad 2nd half. Little surprised to see people saying he won't be able to do anything in the 4th. The dude was out 2 months, just came back for his 2nd game, and then just played the most physical team in the NBA.

The fact that he had 29 points and lasted for 32 mins was a miracle.

He's going to be fine, physically not issues so far, once he gets his conditioning back we'll be good to go.

Just hilarious seeing all the hot takes on here. We are complete ass without him, he comes back for 2 games and we win both games. Did people forget the record and plus minues with him playing and not playing? Like come the **** on. This is a lottery team without him and probably a top 3 team in the league when he is in prime form. Just lol.

Memphis up next. Our postseason has already started. That's a must win. We have the easiest path to the 6th seed if we can take care of business. I'm hoping Houston shows up tomorrow night and bears Miami.

We basically lose all tie breakers

Pacers own tie breaker over the Sixers
Sixers and heat 2-2 but goes down to conference record and Sixers lose that tie breaker

Basically a 3 way tie. Sixers will lose that tie breaker to both the heat and pacers

That’s why those two last second losses last week to clippers and cavaliers hurt us big time.

Huh?

Sixers are a game back of the Pacers. Pacers just need to drop 2 games... They don't need to go 1-4.
