This is really great news. Iguodala was not a surprise given the fact that he's been on the Select team already, but I am enjoying the fact that Thad is getting some recognition. Hopefully, him and Dala can perform well, improve and take that experience with them into the season.

yea...anytime you can workout and compete against some of the best players in the NBA during the offseason, its a plus. Add in that Iguodala and Thad are teammates and its even better.

Wow this is great news.

Look no further than this past years playoffs for how much a summer playing against the best players in the league can benefit you.

Thats good to hear. Attending it together and going up against the elite, they might gain something from it especially thad.

Add in Summer league and stuff like that and Thaddeus Young should be GEARED for next year.

Take a look at Dwyane Wade's Franchise Year for the Heat(Yet he didn't get the award. LeBron tree hugging nuts).

I doubt if thad plays in the summer league(nor louis williams). So hopefully they're working hard on their individual games for next season. Ed said it was a big summer for them as far as improving.

with this being thad and iggy's team next year maybe they will gain some more chemistry at the camp; which could be a step forward to them playing sf/sg together.

Are the Sixers even going to participate in Summer League this year? I know one of the leagues ( I believe the Rocky Mtn. one - could be wrong) is not happening this year. If we do play in a summer league, expect to see Speights own everyone.

Good for Dre and Thad. Gives them a chance to work out together, and getting some consistent time facing up against the best this league has to offer isn't going to hurt their games.

The 76ers will be participating in the Orlando Summer League this year - more details will be announced following the NBA Draft.

Sixers and Nets are combining on one team for the Orlando Pro Summer League from July 6-10. Sixers aren't going to NBA Summer League in Vegas after two straight years there. Rocky Mountain Revue isn't happening this summer.

Can't get into Dalembert/Cha thread because it's locked. I saw the rumor posted -- well done -- then called around and learned somebody in or close to the Bobcats had passed this along to at least one other person and it got out from there.

Yeah... as shocked as I am to see Tom Moore here, I was also shocked to see a post with PR type info from someone named 76ersPR. We must be doing something right, right? I do love having everyone stop by and share some info or just discuss hoops.
