What is going on at Chelsea btw? Going to risk a ban from the CL due to Financial Fair Play?

Just because City havent been banned does not mean the decision will be weak next time as well.

I don't know the exact numbers but the 2019 transfer ban and the Hazard/Morata sales gave them a significant boost in this regard so they aren't just blowing past the FFP protocols. I think they do need to sell a bit but it's within reason. The club is basically doing 2 years worth of spending in 1 window.

I think that FIFA have been proven too weak to worry the wealthy clubs.

If Juve is going to buy anyone from that mediocre Schalke roster it should be Serdar or Harit. These guys can actually play. And even those guys are not Juve level.

McKennie will ride the Juve bench for the season.
Unless you see marketing value in adding an American to the roster...I dont see the point of going after him.

I guess McKennie would be okay for a team in the 3-6 range, not someone who wants to become champion every year.

Agreed. As an Italian-American it is somewhat of exciting, but he’s no Pulisic. I’ve been saying all season how we must upgrade our midfield...and this is definitely not what I had in mind

Maybe coach Pirlo will realize that Juventus can still use player Pirlo early in the season?

If Chelsea also sign Havertz and Thiago Silva, Lampard has to bring in silverware next season.
Huge pressure for a young manager.

And all those players are going to expect to start meaning some of his promising youngsters will not and will become discontent.

Win or bust for Chelsea but they do have a wonderful squad.

Thiago on a free to Chelsea. Their wage bill must really be mounting up.

I don't understand why Chelsea wants to get rid of Kante. Was he not bossing the midfield last year? Have they found someone that can replace what he brings? I mean their team is looking like its coming together to be a contender, but then they want to get rid of the backbone of their midfield?

Leeds have always thought that they are a "big 6" club.

Timothy Castagne to Leicester.

What can any of you tell me about him?

His natural position is the right wingback, but at Atalanta and in the national team he often plays at left wing back.
He's the second option for the national team at both positions. He's got 2 goals in 7 caps.
He was formed at Racing Genk, so he played with Ndidi already in his career.
