Rank our team's players!
Can't remember this being done around here recently, and when I visited the Lakers board yesterday (just in order to find out about some players' value, so relax, girls!) and saw this topic I actually thought it would be nice for us to have such a thread in which we rank our players by whom we like the most/least, as well.
...
Oh, and this isn't supposed to turn into a bash-fest, so keep your cool when it comes to our bad MoFos like Marks or Pike
Here's my Suns sympathy ranking:
1. STAT
2. Trix
3. Nash
4. Skinner
5. Hill
6. Barbosa
7. Bell
8. Banks
9. Diaw
And the players I don't really have an opinion about (yet):
10. Tucker
11. Strawberry
12. Piatwowski
13. Marks

1. Stoudemire
2. Hill - how can you not like Hill?
3. Nash
4. Strawberry - suprising? he has great energy and his D is top notch
5. Bell
6. Skinner
7. Marks
8. Marion
9. Barbosa - he has been frustrating with his lack of passing
10. Diaw - who knows why he decided to turn it on, here's for hoping
11. Banks
12. Tucker - just haven't seen enough of him
I have an intense dislike for Pike... not as a person, but for the fact that he takes time, for whatever reason, away from our rooks.

RANKING ACCORDING TO AWESOMENESS.
1. Steve Nash. Face bashed in? Let me play. Chipped tooth? No sthweat. Stupid media post-game interview questions? Expect entertainment. Back injuries that would make a Tibetan monk cry? More ice, please. Naturally gifted? Not really. He's about as supernaturally determined as you can get, and yet balances his life, wife, and play well. Screw Michael Jordan, I want to be like Steve.
2/3 (tie). Shawn Marion/Amare Stoudemire. Both vastly different in terms of poise and attitude, but both have worked very hard to get the most of their natural talents.
4. Grant Hill. Many men have quit with less strife and far less money.
5. Leandro Barbosa. I wonder if I will ever stop thinking of him as the insanely nice kid that just keeps working. Still inexplicably wet behind the ears after several NBA seasons, but his naivet

Ranking in order of who I like best and HOW they play the game.
TOP SEVEN
1. Hill: I never knew how good, how hard, or how unselfish he was until this season.
2. Marion: Guards everyone from PG's to C's and always gets the big hustle play when needed.
3. Amare: Makes all the exciting play, blocks and dunks.
4. Skinner: One word, goatee!
5. Nash: Would be way up on my list, if I thought he could stop even ME from getting to the front of the rim.
6. Bell: Close lined Kobe, now who hasn't dreemed of doing that.
7. Strawberry: His pops hit 335 HRs, 1000 RBIs and took 0 steroids!
ALSO RANS
Barbs: Another guy who could move way up my list if only one thing changed, don't shoot the ball as many times as Amare. Too many times he becomes a black hole.
Diaw: He keeps up how he has played the past few weeks and he'll be in my top 5 for sure.
Banks: If he can raise his trade value somehow, that would be great.
