I’m very sad that him doesn’t make any progress from PO.

First two games he was excellent but after this he look like in PO. Yeah he is good defender but not always and he can’t guard the best player from opponent ( always he is guarding by KD ) . In offense he can’t hits three for good % and misses open and wide open shoots. I remember his form after trade KD. He was very good and later incomes PO and he wasn’t played well. If he doesn’t make improve offense and defense until
PO , he may be player for 5-10 minutes and our stars will be must playing about 40 minutes

I forget about most important : If we be in PO

He has played great in the last two wins, Vogel needs to give him minutes even with Grayson Allen coming back from his ankle injury.

11 points, 7 boards and 1 steal in 22 mpg shooting 8/11.

That's the moment to give him confidence and hopefully he continues to play well and he gains a premier spot in the rotation. His skillset is perfect next to our BIG 6.

He needs more burn to gain back the confidence from last season. Remember how well Okogie played during a dozen game stretch or maybe it was shorter than that? It was near the end of the season after we acquired KD. Okogie was camped out in corner hitting 3’s while playing stellar defense.. then the playoffs came and his shot quit falling as his minutes diminished which makes sense when every minute matters in the playoffs.

Well, why not give him another chance to prove to his teammates that he can still knock down corner 3’s while playing great D. But in order for that to happen he needs more minutes to prove his worth, otherwise this little experiment is over. Josh can’t play in short spurts unless you need him to contain a defender for 3-5 min.
