It’s only one game does not change a fact. We’re still pretty much a predicable team who heavily relies on their superstars. Once one superstar goes down it’s pretty much game over. Suns will still finish 3rd/5th in the west, but won’t amount to much by losing in semis/WCF.. more like semis to be honest. I don’t understand how most enjoy watching a team with no chenisty & very predictable team. It’s a living nightmare just watching us play a quarter. Enjoy the rest of the season, but don’t expect to see another finals birth anytime soon.

I’ve never understood those kind of travel arrangements… Why can’t they just go back to the SF hotel, had a good nights sleep, fly down at 1-2pm game day and go straight to the arena? Much better rest.

Is it a requirement by the NBA?

Poor Rudy. Last game choked by a donkey, this game destroyed by a 2.5M player. Okogie finding confidence in his 3PT shot was also nice to see.

We won the Ayton trade because of.... Grayson Allen.

Is there a chance of keeping him next year though ?

Yes we have his bird rights that carried over from the trade, so we'll be able to go over the cap to keep him.

I don't think Ishbia would have signed off on the Ayton trade if all 3 parts we got back (Nurk, Allen and Little) weren't at least tradeable assets for the immediate future which we sorely lack.

That's good. This team needs continuity going forward and Grayson fits the 5th starter role, which appears to be up for grabs right now.

I thought seeing that video that it was cool seeing KD sporting a DBacks hat. At the same time it's kind of funny he is wearing one right after they went to WS, given his history. Of course it's not like he was in Phx before though.

He was wearing one right after he got traded to Phoenix. He’s really embraced living in Phoenix and it’s pretty cool.

I wondered that since it was the first time after I saw it with him. That's good he was a fan when baseball season started...probably a lot more fans of the DBacks at the end than the beginning.

I guess logistically, it's preferable to get the guys to a local hotel near the next arena while the team still has "control" of the guys after finishing the game as opposed to say a 6am or 8am flight where guys could miss the flight for whatever reason.

LOL hype by who???????????????????????????? you and a couple of armchair GMs on this board. Come on.

Pfft. I never hyped Bol. I thought he might be a quality signing (and he might be IF he gets to play), but that remains to be seen. I never thought nor did I ever put forth any kind of notion he'd be a Wembayama counter. Come on now yourself.
