Just give us Booker back and this team is unguardable putting 130-140 points every night. No need focus defense.

Lee is actually on the roster and available to play. He plays point and has shown to be decent enough and better than what's been played at the position so far. But go ahead and keep acting as though you've got all the answers. I'm glad you're neither the coach or GM, either: You'd be sitting there just as stupid looking and lost as Vogel and Williams before him.

I can look stupid at home. At least I don't look like a loud fool for everyone on this board to see

I see potential. Sometimes the ball movement is awesome and you can tell that having multiple scoring threats will be a problem.

Other times, it is just ugly.

Worst case scenario, we have a ton of trad-able assets and we can adjust on the fly if needed.

I agree we have to wait but the roster we have without Booker should be enough to win these games. I think we’ll figure it out but it shouldnt be on Book to save us. Frank Vogel has been awful.

Exactly. The point of having 3 "stars" is supposed to be that you can still win without one. This team is horrible. We shouldn't depend on Booker to be decent.

Vogel has been far from good. The offensive genius that is supposedly Kevin Young doesn't really seem to have shown much of anything. Our biggest issue right now is offense and we're not getting enough consistency from the team despite having above average offensive options. We need Book's playmaking more than ever

Remembered two years ago when full healthy Celtics start season 2-5 losing home against Bulls and 4th quarter 11-39.

Predictable collapse. Another fourth quarter of giving it to KD, spreading the court, and praying. Sometimes it seems like we're playing to run out the clock instead of getting a good shot. We had plenty of make-able shots though. We need Beal to start getting his legs under him sooner than later.

Booker will help when the offense stagnates, but we still need a traditional point guard off the bench to keep things running with him off the court and to give us a different look where he can be a scorer. Our offense has some really ugly stretches. We turn the ball over like crazy.

This team is a tirefire. We will be better when Book returns but this has been some absurd underachieving. We are easy to scheme for, have no sense of urgency on either end, and struggle mightily to score despite having the greatest offensive weapon in league history. Whichever coach is responsible for this offense needs to be fired yesterday. It's a disgrace.

The point of having 3 stars is to be really good because you have 3 stars. Also you can have 2 stars on the court at all times. When we only have 1-2 stars we end up running them into the ground, like last years playoffs.

It’s funny to me when people act like it’s only like this here. It’s how it is just about everywhere. Go check out the Lakers forum for example, they want to blow up actual Los Angeles, not just the basketball team, when the Lakers lose.

And they’re a team with like 17 or 18 titles. Many of us here are invested enough to just want to see one god damn ring for the Suns before we die and have been waiting a very long time for it.

Bottom line is we were 2 wins away from doing just 2 years ago and Suns blew up that core entirely. And this current team, even with Booker, is anyone here actually confident we will even make it to the Finals?

JJ could have drafted Halliburton. JJ could have traded Ayton for Sabonis or Turner. This is on him.

Exactly. But some people here want to give Jones credit for being such a great GM when he's been nothing remotely close to it. He didn't deserve that EotY award.

Both Ishbia and JJ deserve blame.

JJ for being so damn conservative and not making trades after 2021 and passing on the right player in the draft in Haliburton

Other things he failed at:

1. Overvaluing Jae so much that he passed on any offers for him until Jae was eventually just trade filler for KD.
2. Trading Dario for Bazley and the TPE. Bazley was a scrub and who knows if we can even use the TPE.
3. Violating the tampering rules for Eubanks and losing a 2nd round pick. JJ should have known better but who knows maybe this one is on Ishbia for being overeager?

Ishbia deserves blame for,

1. Being impatient and pulling off the KD trade midseason & giving up way too many assets for KD.
2. Trading for Beal and his supermax contract that will be very hard to move off from due to his no trade clause.
3. Playing GM and thinking a total novice can put together a roster from day 1.

OKC is a future juggernaut if they can keep all of these guys. Plus the picks. They'll be beating many teams this season. Many.

I remain unworried about the team or about Vogal. Let's see when Booker gets back and they have some chemistry developed.
