They would have won if that pass was decent

GA should have gotten at least 4 or 5 more 3 point attempts.

There's a lot of film to watch in this one, and a lot to learn from. Hopefully Vogel speaks up in the press conference and calls out the blatant disregard by the officials for actual fouls. Insane that they only have TWO more fouls than the Suns given all the karate chops.

Nice to pull out that win. I think defenses know to swipe/grab the ball when KD/Nurk have it though and with them doing the majority of the ballhandling, there will be turnover problems. Hopefully as Beal gets integrated he can do more ball handling and do better with it.

Refs sucked but you're right this is going to be a legit problem since we can't rely on the refs making those call every game.

Just dropping in to say the clock management from the refs and the scoring bench in the last 0.5 seconds was farcical.

Lucky to get away with that one though.

KD had like 9 turnovers. Nurk had 3. EDIT nevermind he had 6.

Again these are things that SHOULD clean up once Beal is integrated with Book. But they still need a true backup.

This is the league that Steph built. Chucking for volume, not for makes. Everyone suddenly thinks of themselves as a shooter from range. I miss the 90's era when shooters were actually shooters and stretch 4's and 5's weren't really a thing.

Could've pulled one from our Valley-Oop playbook

We'd never live this down if they scored

Refs trying desperately to cover the spread. Saw this morning that the spread was like... Bulls at -1.

The officiating needs to be officiated.

Any chance all of our big 3 play the Lakers?

Like this KBD kid! He is perfect 5th starter when Beal and Booker are healthy

Great game for Allen and best game from Nurk in Suns

This other guys maybe dont have the biggest talent (not counting big 3 there) but they are really playing hard

Those 8 3s from Allen were monstrous....no chance without those.

He has a few very low IQ players every now and then (like the foul and-1 on Vucevic) but overall he’s the only role player the Suns have that’s really worth a damn.

What do you mean? We shot 40% from 3 :dontknow:

We don't win if we weren't shooting this volume from 3

KBD was pretty good, the boxscore doesn't show it, but he was a difference maker.

Given the pattern of this team, I expect Book to play and Beal to sit out

Nurk with the near triple double (two assists shy).

As I said in the Piston game IMO there's no way in hell he doesn't average 7-8 assists this year if the team is healthy. He easily could've had 12+ if it weren't for some teammate butterfingers.

The mere fact we had to make (and take) that many just to stay in it is a problem. Them losing multiple double digit leads is, too. This isn't an aberration: It's a pattern of defensive ineptitude.
