No point guard and your bench can only shoot 3's with no post or mid game is not going to cut it.

Nurkic was absolutely horrible aside from a couple nice passes & he struggles to score when anyone with length is put on him.

EG needs to sit, even from last season it seemed like he didn't have anything left in the tank. I would rather have S.Lee out there because at least he can draw fouls and get to the line.

Vogel is no more a great head coach than I am. If this is what we have to look forward to, I don't know if I can watch.

This is not fooking Suns Basketball. He got away lucky in the first game when the only one to handled the Ball except Booker because a couple of guys made threes at the end.

This is shiiit basketball at its worst. The only play was to give the ball the Kevin fooking Durant and "I like to watch". Well I didn't like to watch and I expect his teammates did't either.

I would have just played 5 out in the 4th, but again, unfamiliarity was our downfall.

EG looked terrible out there. Wasn't doing any PG things as one of the very few healthy players on the team that can handle the ball well. His first half just sucked, a lot of driving into the paint when there's good defenders in there, A LOT of complaining to the refs and not getting back on defense and just not enough smart basketball from him

Kind of hard to root for a team with 95% of new players on our team. There was something special watching Mikal, Ayton, Booker, Crowder, CamJ, CamP, CP3 but now our offense has regressed while our defense look good.

Big 3/3: 0-0
Big 2/3: 1-0
Big 1/3: 0-1

It'll be interesting to see what the final record looks like for each of these conditions.

Sucks to lose a winable game, but Lakers are in trouble this season.
Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Oh stop dude.

It was a bad 2nd half and one without two of their best players.

Eh if you remember, our offense didn't look good before CP3 and Rubio either. Having a table setter really makes your offense look a million times more coherent. Just like having Book and Beal out there and dropping 46 in a quarter looked pretty good too.

That Suns team would have sucked minus Booker, and Mikal also though, but probably even worse. More embarrassing for the Lakers to barely win when the sun's are missing 2 of their obvious 3 best players.

Dang, this board going crazy lol it’s game 2. A lot of positives in tonight’s game without Book and Beal.

Also it looked good until it didn't e.g against the Mavs the playoffs before and last playoffs when it was 2 vs 5 against the Nuggets

I didn't even feel bad with this loss.

It's just sad to see us gut a team completely losing our identity we built up over the years just because Ishbia is too impatient and wants to win now.

What was our identity last season? Also it takes time to build an identity when you have a team with like 80% new players and integrating a new system. There's gonna be these types of games as we learn to play with each other, add new wrinkles, and deal with new challenges. We're 2 games in and it's not even November yet

Too much on KDs plate. He tosssd up a stinker in the 4th

Missed like 7 shots in a row straight up ISO balling, had 2 turnovers, and missed a ft. Spell it out how you want, point fingers at the ragttaggers, but KD could have and should have won this game.

Gotta finish it out Superstar.

"Over the years"?

Bro the team had virtually NO identity until the Covid Bubble and then CP3 was the piece that finally put the team together to be playoff calibur. The honeymoon lasted all of one season before they became 2nd round fodder back-to-back years.
