Nashty Game 22: Suns vs Kings

Post#1 » by lilfishi22 » Sat Dec 9, 2023 4:41 am

Another quarter that was super underwhelming which ultimately led to an L except this time it was the 3rd rather than the 4th. Doesn't matter how resilient we are because coming back from that much is going to take a toll on the team and you'll be left with very little left in the tank in the clutch. Gotta do better

+3 Mikal
+2 CamJ
+1 Ayton

God I miss those guys more than ever. I don’t even recognize this garbage team anymore. I probably watched two full games out of 1/4th of season so far. Please let this nightmare end already so I can wake up to our former team with a brand new head coach and Sarver still as our owner. Please let this be a bad dream.

If anything, I miss the 2021 CP3 just as much. He was the engine that made this thing go. But that player is history and so are the 3 dudes above......unless we get Mikal back in 2027 or whatever

I miss Mikal and that's it. I don't like this current team of mercenaries though. Reminds me of Lakers and other "built to win a chip" teams like Nets from several years ago.

At least Joe Tsai had a much younger KD and he was able to offload him for a bunch of draft picks and Cam and Mikail so the Nets were able to get out of his contract & pick up a ton of assets.

Ishbia is really the worst kind of owner because he doesn't plan or think a few years ahead he only thinks 1 or 2 years ahead and uses blind optimism to think everything will just magically work out somehow so it's okay to get rid of almost all of your draft picks and dig yourself deeper into the 2nd apron.
