I finished the game now, too close for my heart but at the end of the day a nice win.

Missing KD, Allen and Little we can't ask for more than a W, but yeah, we need to get better at closing games.

Draymond is dumb as a rock. It's not that I didn't know it already but this game was ANOTHER proof of that.

Terrific game by Book. He is a **** joy to watch and he is managing much better double teams.

Interesting move by Vogel putting Metu in the starting lineup. He did a great job scoring from 3.

I love Goodwin. We have a good one for years to come, it's amazing that we have him under a cheap contract for the next year.

Nice to watch Beal back on the court, he didn't play too many minutes so hopefully he can play tomorrow against the Nets.

And finally Nurkic...I am starting to think that the trade was CRAZY good for us. With the way he is playing he looks better than Ayton by himself, and we got Allen and Little too. WOW.

13-10...LET'S GO!

That was an ugly game. Same problems we've had, we continue to have. Sometimes we pull out the game, sometimes we don't.
I hope when KD is inserted, that stops these half court double teams. For some reason, the team has no idea how to combat that. If teams did this to start a game, they would probably blow us out every time.
That said, it's good experience for the team to get a grasp for how to combat it now since we could see a lot of it in the playoffs.

Great game considering we were missing KD and Allen. Sure they made that run at the end and we had a bad turnover on the inbound near the end, but we had our run prior to that in the 4th to get the lead in the first place....and most importantly we hung on and Book and Beal both made crucial clutch free throws to seal it.

Also very nice to see Metu play that well. Solid game by Nurkic and Book and nice return for Beal after a long layoff. Nurkic was poor shooting but made up for it with 11 trips to the line, hitting 10 of them.

Haven’t watched many Metu games / minutes, but how is his defense? Looks like he’s a legit 3 pt threat out there.

IMO Its quite bad, unfortunately. Hes always had a hard time getting on the court because he doesnt defend or make 3s. He has these nice looking ball skills and athleticism but it never seems to translate to real production. If he can improve at one of them, he could find minutes (at the 4 if he can start to shoot or at the 5 if he can start to defend).
