it is not only the coaching staff.
it is the combination of an awful roster construction AND a coach who does not fit at all to the team

The officials are methodically ruining the game in a general sense and I don't understand how Silver hasn't done anything about it. This is the guy who seemingly wanted to make the game more interesting, important, competitive, and passionate... yet this BS is happening on the nightly.
