This team has been historically bad in the fourth. The fall off from one season to the next has been nothing short of mind boggling.

I truly believe every team in the nba has rule book on how to defend us in the 4th quarter. I mean how else do you explain this B.S? I’m quite certain a handful of college teams have the rule book as well.
